Camping Trip - Part One

I love camping. No, really: I LOVE camping. Getting away from the city, away from the numbing effects of working in an office is heaven enough. Then you add in the smells - wood smoke, fresh flowers, clean breezes. The food tastes better, the lungs breathe more deeply. And best of all, I had ample opportunity to experiment with a variety of techniques and situations: panning, low light, long exposure, d.o.f., backlighting, etc. Not everything turned out as I'd hoped, but I learned a lot. Oh and... I WANT A MACRO. ;)
